He was born in Erzurum in 1965. He studied primary schools in Kars. He\u2019s finished Kabata\u015f Boys High School in 1982.\u00a0 He graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Istanbul University in 1987. He established Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Medicadent Dental Center in Istanbul in 1988.\u00a0 He established the first branch of Medicadent Bati Ata\u015fehir in 2014. This clinic is European Advance Training clinic of La & HA ( Laser and Health Academy).<\/p>

These clinics have been the pioneer of advanced technology products in Turkey.<\/p>

Implant applications with orthopantomography since 1994, advanced laser technology and applications since 2003, since 2010 DVT ( Dental volumetric tomography ) and since 2014 Cad Cam (CEREC system ) systems are used as standard in treatments in these clinics. There are also international educational organizations and partnerships on these issues in these clinics. Dr. KAZAK performed immediately implant and fixed tooth applications to more than 1000 patients with the Bredent Fast&Fixed method.<\/p>

Zafer Kazak also finished \u2018Master of Science in Laser in Dentistry\u2019 master program at RWTH Aachen University in 2007 (www.aalz.de<\/a>). Dr. KAZAK was eligible for an approved Master\u2019s degree from the Universities of Nice, Liege and Aachen. He conducted laser mastership organizations as an external staff of Turkey in\u00a0 Aachen University Laser Academy for 6 years and he took part as an instructor in these organizations.<\/p>

He became an implant instructor at the German Implant Training Academy (IFZI) in 2010 ( www.ifzi.de<\/a> ). He has been an advance instructor at Laser&Health Academy since 2014. He is the founding president of the Global Dentists Association. Since the foundation of this association, long-term training programs has been organized on implantology\u00a0 under the name of Exim (Expert in Implantology ) and on gum diseases under the name of EXPER (Expert in periodontology) as the partner of DGOI (German Oral Implantology Association) in Turkey. Dt. \u0130zel KAZAK completed her high school education at \u00dcsk\u00fcdar Science High School and graduated
from the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul Medipol University in 2020.<\/p>

During her education, she participated in many courses, symposiums, and various international and
national congresses. In 2019, she received special implant training and ergonomic work training at
IFZI ACADEMY (www.ifzi.de).<\/p>

Dt. Kazak has also completed the Micro MBA Certification Program at Istanbul Technical University
(ITU).<\/p>

She successfully completed modules on laser safety, laser physics, and the use of lasers in restorative
and endodontic treatments, as well as Nightlase laser treatments for snoring at the Laser and Health
Academy (LA&HA).<\/p>

Dt. Kazak has attended various international training programs on sleep disorders, dental airway, and
snoring treatments, and she currently works in the field of dental sleep disorders.<\/p>

She frequently incorporates breathing techniques into her practice, having certifications in Breathing
Techniques Coaching, Mindfulness Coaching, and Breathing Techniques Instructing.<\/p>

Asl\u0131 Usta Tahmaz, DDS, completed her high school education in 2011 and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2019.
She is currently pursuing her PhD at Istanbul Medipol University, Department of Endodontics, where she is in the thesis stage of her academic career. Her research focuses particularly on bioceramics and regenerative endodontics (biological methods for revitalizing damaged tooth tissues and maintaining natural tooth development). She has contributed to the field as an international book chapter author and through various scientific publications.
In her clinical practice, she specializes in microscope-assisted root canal treatments, retreatment, dental trauma management, and aesthetic restorations. A member of the Turkish Endodontic Society and the European Society of Endodontology (ESE), she stays updated on the latest treatment protocols by attending international congresses and symposia.
