Bei diesen Z\u00e4hnen wird nach einer Wurzelkanalbehandlung eine Kronenrestauration bevorzugt und mit starken Klebematerialien befestigt. Endocrown-Restaurationen, die eine Alternative zu Veneers und Faser-Postsystemen sind, zielen sowohl auf einen geringeren Materialverlust des Zahns als auch auf eine mechanische Retention durch Wurzelunterst\u00fctzung ab.<\/p><p>&nbsp;Endocrown-Restaurationen werden nach der Vorbereitung des Zahns und nach digitaler Vermessung mit CAD\/CAM-Systemen hergestellt. Da hiermit die Fehlermarge bei den in der digitalen Umgebung angefertigten Restaurationen minimiert wird, wird eine bessere Haftung u. eine geringere Mikroleckage erzielt, so dass die Funktion des Zahns f\u00fcr lange Zeit erhalten bleibt.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Heutzutage werden in der Zahnmedizin bevorzugt minimal-invasive Pr\u00e4parate eingesetzt; also maximales Schutzes des Zahngewebes durch minimale Eingriffe an den Z\u00e4hnen. Endocrown-Restaurationen haben auch hier die Vorteile der minimal-invasiven Vorbereitungen, des Keramik-Materials, des digitalen Abdrucksvorgangs, der CAD\/CAM- und Adh\u00e4sivsysteme. Bei Endocrown-Restaurationen wird bei der Zahnvorbereitung eine Box an der Basis der Zahnwurzel bereitgestellt u. die mikromechanische Abst\u00fctzung erfolgt von der Zahnwurzel aus.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Mit diesem Design wird bezweckt, die durch Kaukr\u00e4fte verursachten Spannungen auf die Wurzelw\u00e4nde zu verteilen.
