Knochenstruktur und Anatomie in drei Dimensionen bekannt sind und die Knochendicke geeignet ist, kann das Implantat ohne das Zahnfleisch zu schneiden eingesetzt werden. Nur die Implantateinf\u00fchrungsstelle wird mit Laser ge\u00f6ffnet und das Implantat wird eingesetzt. Da das Zahnfleisch nicht weitgehend geschnitten wird, besteht keine Notwendigkeit zum N\u00e4hen, und die Blutzirkulation des Knochens um das Implantat wird nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt, da das Zahnfleisch nicht vom Knochen getrennt wird.
