Zahnseide sollte bevorzugt werden, wenn die Z\u00e4hne dicht sind, w\u00e4hrend die Interdentalb\u00fcrste im Allgemeinen in Bereichen mit Zahnzwischenr\u00e4umen verwendet wird. Ihr Arzt wird die geeigneten Hygienepflegeinstrumente entsprechend den Bed\u00fcrfnissen Ihres Mundes bestimmen. Diese Produkte sind f\u00fcr den einmal t\u00e4glichen Gebrauch geeignet. Mundsp\u00fclungen k\u00f6nnen auch zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Mundpflege verwendet werden.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>Die Verwendung von Mundsp\u00fclungen ersetzt niemals das Z\u00e4hneputzen und\/oder die Reinigung der Zahnzwischenr\u00e4ume. Sie hat nur eine unterst\u00fctzende Wirkung.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Auch ein routinem\u00e4\u00dfiger Zahnarztbesuch ist sehr wichtig.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>\u2013 Die Z\u00e4hne sollten alle sechs Monate kontrolliert werden, eventuell vorhandene Probleme sollten fr\u00fchzeitig gel\u00f6st werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 Einmal im Jahr sollte eine Panoramar\u00f6ntgenaufnahme zur detaillierten Kontrolle gemacht werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 Wenn bereits Z\u00e4hne fehlen, sollten die M\u00e4ngel ausgeglichen werden, ohne das Gleichgewicht im Mund zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 Wenn Weisheitsz\u00e4hne die vorderen Z\u00e4hne bedr\u00e4ngen, sollten sie entfernt werden, ohne die anderen Z\u00e4hne zu besch\u00e4digen.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2013 Bei \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Z\u00e4hnen steigt das Risiko von Zahnfleischerkrankungen und Karies.
