Bu nedenle a\u011f\u0131z ve di\u015f bak\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fcnde 2 kere etkin di\u015f f\u0131r\u00e7alama, 1 kere di\u015f ipi kullan\u0131m\u0131, dil f\u0131r\u00e7alanmas\u0131 ve gargara ile t\u00fcm a\u011f\u0131z i\u00e7i y\u00fczeylerin temizlenmesi \u015feklinde yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve y\u0131lda 2 kere de di\u015f hekimine d\u00fczenli kontroller ihmal edilmememlidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan ay\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131z bak\u0131m\u0131 da saatler d\u00fczenlenerek yine benzer \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Iftar ve sahurdan sonra olmak \u00fczere 2 kez mutlaka di\u015fler f\u0131r\u00e7alanmal\u0131 ve sahur sonras\u0131 di\u015f ipi, dil temizli\u011fi ve gargara da yap\u0131larak hijyeni sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f bir a\u011f\u0131z floras\u0131yla oruca ba\u015flamak uzun s\u00fcre a\u00e7l\u0131k sebebiyle t\u00fck\u00fcr\u00fck ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 azalm\u0131\u015f ve bu sebeple asiditesi artm\u0131\u015f a\u011f\u0131z ortam\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bakterilere kar\u015f\u0131 koruman\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Yine uzun s\u00fcreli a\u00e7l\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 a\u011f\u0131z kokusu (halitozis) da bu ayda oru\u00e7 tutan bireylerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir problemdir. A\u011f\u0131z kokusuna sebep olabilecek a\u011f\u0131z i\u00e7i fakt\u00f6rler (eski ve uyumsuz k\u00f6pr\u00fclerin-dolgular\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, di\u015feti hastal\u0131klar\u0131, yetersiz a\u011f\u0131z hijyeni, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fckler, a\u011f\u0131z i\u00e7i enfeksiyon varl\u0131\u011f\u0131) ve a\u011f\u0131z d\u0131\u015f\u0131 fakt\u00f6rler (refl\u00fc, sindirim problemleri, sin\u00fczit, farenjit, tonsilit, diyabet gibi sistemik hastal\u0131klar ya da A, B12 vitamini, demir ve \u00e7inko eksikli\u011fi) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tuttu\u011fumuz bu fizyolojik a\u011f\u0131z kokusu uzun s\u00fcre a\u00e7l\u0131k sebebiyle mide ve a\u011f\u0131z ortam\u0131n\u0131n susuz kalmas\u0131 ve \u00e7ok daha asidik bir yap\u0131ya ge\u00e7mesi nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r ve baz\u0131 \u00f6nlemler al\u0131narak azalabilmektedir;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Etkin a\u011f\u0131z bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, a\u011f\u0131z kurulu\u011funa sebep olabilece\u011fi i\u00e7in tercihen alkols\u00fcz gargara kullanmak<\/li>\n<li>Sahuru atlamamak; bu \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde ceviz, badem, tar\u00e7\u0131n ve ye\u015fil \u00e7ay t\u00fcketmek<\/li>\n<li>Dehidratasyonu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in iftar ve sahur aras\u0131 bol bol su i\u00e7mek<\/li>\n<li>Kahve, \u00e7ay, \u00e7ikolata gibi yiyecek ve i\u00e7eceklerden di\u00fcretik olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca uzak durmak. Sahurda hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketmemek.<\/li>\n<li>Tuzlu, baharatl\u0131 ve k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u0131dalardan uzak durmak, iftar ve sahurda bolca taze meyve ve sebze t\u00fcketmek<\/li>\n<li>Sar\u0131msak ve so\u011fan gibi g\u0131dalardan uzak durmak<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fct ve bal\u0131k sindirim s\u0131ras\u0131nda k\u00f6t\u00fc koku a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karan proteinler i\u00e7erdi\u011finden t\u00fcketiminden hemen sonra di\u015fleri f\u0131r\u00e7alamak<\/li>\n<li>Sigara t\u00fcketimini azaltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse tamamen b\u0131rakmak<\/li>\n<li>Damak protezi varsa uyumadan temizleyici sol\u00fcsyonda b\u0131rakmak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oru\u00e7 tutulurken d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclenin aksine bir\u00e7ok dental i\u015flem uygulanabilmektedir. Ancak yine de hassasiyet g\u00f6steren bireylerde mutlaka acil durumlar\u0131n olu\u015fmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in ramazan \u00f6ncesinde di\u015f hekimi kontrol\u00fcne gidilmesi ve aciliyeti olmayan i\u015flemlerin de ramazan ya da iftar sonras\u0131na ertelenmesi uygun olacakt\u0131r.
